Come join the posse as we return for a ride at the Six-O Ranch to solve “The Great Train Robbery” mystery. It seems there has been a rare fossil discovery near Glen Rose, and while it was locked up on the train bound for further study in Cleburne, it disappeared. What was in the bag of bones that made it so valuable? Look for clues hidden along the trail or in the obstacles. At this point, everyone is a suspect, but no worries…our crackpot team of inspectors and investigators is on the case. Submit your theory “Clue style” and the solution to the mystery will be revealed at dinner on Saturday night. Along with the mystery, enjoy some beautiful country (April wildflowers should be in full show), challenging natural obstacles, and the company of the best trail club in Texas.
General Information and Requirements:
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test for the horse you registered to ride. ALL dogs must be on a leash. No dogs in the pavilion during meal times. Pick up your trash. Do not attach your horse pen to any permanent structure on the property such as fences. There will be designated areas for generator and non-generator use.
All Junior Riders (under the age of 18) must wear a helmet at ALL times while horseback. Regardless if on trail or in camp.
There are no hookups or pens available. Parking is in a pasture with plenty of room. However, if spring rains are excessive, the ride will have to be canceled so that rigs do not get bogged down. A large, clear water lake, at least 50 acres in size, is also located on the southwest side of the ranch.
