General Information and Requirements: Junior Riders do not need to pay the ride fee, just the TTCC fee and ranch/meal fees.
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test for the horse you registered to ride. ALL dogs must be on a leash. No dogs in the pavilion during meal times. Pick up your trash. Do not attach your horse pen to any permanent structure on the property such as fences. There will be designated areas for generator and non-generator use.
All Junior Riders (under the age of 18) must wear a helmet at ALL times while horseback. Regardless if on trail or in camp.

Buddy Riders may no longer register online. You can register by contacting the Ride Secretary via email and request to be put on the Buddy list. All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days out will be released. We will then take Buddy Riders in order from the waitlist. You will hear directly from the Ride Secretary with a confirmation letter. If you want a guaranteed spot, please register as Scout and get a scorecard!
Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride (6/01/2025).
In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride secretary directly.
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days prior to the ride will be removed from the registration list and put on the waiting list.
Cancellation policy: Full refund up to 30 days before the ride.
If Management cancels the ride, you will receive a full refund.

Additional Fees:
If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 per day, or an annual membership for $30 for single person, or $40 for family. Checks need to be made payable to TTCC.
Directions to ride:
10988 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606 – GPS takes you right to the gate.
From San Antonio area: Get onto I-10 West and go to Junction. In Junction, exit of US-83N. Take that all the way to Ballinger, TX. In Ballinger, take a right on Hutchings Ave (HWY 67), then an immediate Left onto TX-158 W. Continue on 158 to the outskirts of town. Then you will take a right on FM2111. Then you will take a left on TX-153., this will take you to Wingate. Go through town, then you will take a right onto the ramp for US-277 N towards Abilene. You will be on 277 for a little over 18.5 miles and the ranch gate will be on your left.
From DFW: Take I-20 W to Abilene. Exit for US-277 S. Drive a little over 13 miles and the ranch gate will be on your right. From Waco: Take US-84 West towards Gatesville. In Gatesville, get onto TX-36 W. You will take TX-36 all the way to Potosi. You will take a left on FM1750. You will travel 6.5 miles, then take a left on FM707. You wll travel 9 miles, then take another left on CR 314 near Caps. Then you will turn left onto US-277 South. Travel 7 miles and the ranch gate will be on your right.
