TCC Flagship Ride! This will be our 16th year. Pens available for everyone! Over 1600 acres of riding with lovely two tracks, technical areas, up/down hills, and single track thru the forest. Boot or shoes highly recommended.

General Information and Requirements:  Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. Dispose of
manure as instructed. Do not attach portable pens to any permanent structure on the host property.

Meals: The Famous Cookoff- THIS YEAR IT IS GUMBO!! Put your teams together. Ride Managers will help organize sides with riders and also help defray some of the cost for contestants.  Get your team together.

Your payment is required 30 days prior to the ride in order to secure your reservation. If payment is not
received 30 days prior to the ride your name will be moved to the waiting list.

Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride.

In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride manager directly.
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your
relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them
separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to
maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

Cancellation policy:
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund
1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50%
Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund
If Management cancels the ride you will receive a full refund.

If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.

Additional Fees:
If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 or a full membership for $30, payable to TTCC.

Directions to ride:  From Dallas: take 195 South from Killeen, turn West/Right on 2670. Go approximately 4 miles, then turn right onto North Maxdale Road.   Continue on North Maxdale Road for  2 miles, turn left into PHR Equestrian Center. 

From Austin:  Take 195 North to approx. 5 miles past Florence, turn West/Left on 2670.  Go approximately 4 miles, then turn right onto North Maxdale Road.   Continue on North Maxdale Road for  2 miles, turn left into PHR Equestrian Center.
