Pony Pilot Competition, Fundraiser -Arena Games and Picnic

Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride, June 1, 2021 6:00AM.

Location: BLORA (Intersection of Sparta and Cottonwood Rd, Fort Hood, TX).

September 11 & 12, 2021

 TTCC Competition on Saturday, NO POTLUCK, meet at Pavilion BYOB and some hors d’ oeuvres to share

Sunday- Early morning Silly Arena Games and LeeAnn Boore’s secret recipe BRISKET Picnic with all the goodies. All welcome $25.00 per person – if you come in for the day, ranch fee applies.

General Information and Requirements:  New location for the Pony Pilot Ride and we are very excited about it. The trails are lovely, and will wind down to the water, several climbs, and descents, shade windy trails, and windswept bluffs. Tiffany is the Ranch Manager and daughter of our own Debbie Jenkins.

Ranch Fee per entry per person is $10.00. Primitive Camping is $10.00 per night and Electrical is $20.00 per night. First paid gets electrical. 

There are 10 electrical spots, and plenty of room for Camping with several trees for shade.

Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test.  All dogs must be on a leash.  Dispose of manure as instructed.

Meals: No Potluck, party at the pavilion.  See Above.

Your prepayment must be received 30 days prior to the ride in order to retain your reservation.  If prepayment is not received 30 days prior to the ride, your spot will be released and your name will be moved to the waiting list. You may contact the ride manager to make special arrangements.

2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy  (Note: new policy)

If you cancel:

2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund

1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50%

Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund

If  Management cancels  the ride, you will receive a full refund. 

If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”.  Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
