The Four Sisters’ Ranch is located in the most scenic part of the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the sounds of nature, local wildlife and beautiful night sky. Camp area is located in a valley surrounded by beautiful hills. Ride includes hilltop and valley views. We will be having another costume contest with more prizes this year so get your creative thinking caps on.
General Information and Requirements:
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test for the horse you registered to ride. All dogs must be on a leash. No dogs in the signup room or in eating area during Saturday’s catered meal. Pick up your trash. Do not attach your horse pen to any permanent structure on the property such as fences. There will be designated areas for generator and non-generator use.
Primitive Camping with separate section for all night generators. Two cabins that sleep 4 available for rental through Four Sisters’ Ranch. Portable toilets and central water for horses will be available. No stalls available, may use portable, electric, or trailer tie. I have 2 portable pens if someone needs one. Utopia has a gas station with diesel but be sure to top off in Bandera, Kerrville, Sabinal or Garvin Store in Mountain Home. Footing is soil to rocky, shoes/boots are highly recommended Spotty cell service with AT&T and its affiliates only (Cricket, T-Mobile and Consumer Cellular); please download directions prior to leaving home.
Meals: There will be a catered meal on Saturday night. Cost TBD.
Ranch Fee: $30 for weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) $15/day for extra days

Buddy Riders may no longer register online. You can register by contacting the Ride Secretary via email and request to be put on the Buddy list. All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days out will be released. We will then take Buddy Riders in order from the waitlist. You will hear directly from the Ride Secretary with a confirmation letter. If you want a guaranteed spot, please register as Scout and get a scorecard!
Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride (07/01/2024).
In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride secretary directly.
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days prior to the ride will be removed from the registration list and put on the waiting list.
Cancellation policy:
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy (From the rule book)
If you cancel:
2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund
1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50%
Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund
If Management cancels the ride, you will receive a full refund.
If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
Additional Fees:
If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 per day, or an annual membership for $30 for single person, or $40 for family. Checks need to be made payable to TTCC.

From San Antonio: Take 90W to Sabinal. Turn Right on Hwy. 127N (N Center St)., at Y go right to 187 N. Go 24 Miles turn left onto West Sabinal Rd. Go 1.7 miles turn left onto Fisher Rd/Lemond Rd. Take a slight left onto Lemond Rd and follow signs to camp area.
From Kerrville: Take 173 South 12 miles turn Right on FM 2828. Drive 9 miles turn right onto TX 16 North. Go 2.6 miles turn left onto FM 337. Drive 20 miles, turn left onto FM 187. Drive 6.9 miles turn right toward W. Sabinal Rd. At 1.7 miles turn left onto Fisher Rd/Lemond Rd and stay left on Lemond. Follow signs to camp area.
From Junction: Head East on I-10. Take Exit 462 toward US-83/Leakey. Continue on 83 South for 38 miles. Turn left onto TX-39 E. Go 8.9 miles and turn right onto FM 187 for 26 miles. Turn Right toward W. Sabinal Rd. Drive 1.7 miles and turn left on Fisher Rd/Lemond Rd. Stay left to stay on Lemond Rd. Follow signs to camp area.
