Christmas Ride and Fundraiser at Parrie Haynes Ranch

Our new annual fundraiser. There will be a Christmas Dinner with gift Exchange (15.00 value). Leah and Kate will write the story!! Not sure of trail plan yet, certainly some shenanigans and fun on Saturday. This does not count towards your Iron Rider. Sunday riders on their own.
Saturday morning Trail Ride: $67/rider Remember, this is a donation to the Club to help with year round expenses. We appreciate every entry/donation. We can’t do this without you!
Meal: $15/plate. The meal will include: Chicken Alfredo, Salad, Garlic Bread, Tea, & Dessert.
General Information and Requirements:
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. No dogs in the pavilion during meal times. Wheel barrels will be provided for your use to pick up manure. Pick up your trash. Do not attach your personal horse pen to any permanent structure on the property such as fences. There will be designated areas for generator and non-generator use.
Make your camping reservations through Ona Trubee at [email protected] or parriehaynesequestriancenter.com. All electrical sites to be reserved individually through PHR. Sites fill up fast.
Ranch Fee: $10.00 be prepared to pay upon entering (Paid to PHR)
Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride (09/01/2022).
In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride manager directly.
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

Your payment received 30 days prior to the ride secures your reservation. If your payment is not received 30 days prior to the ride (11/17/23), your name will be moved to the waiting list.
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy (From the rule book)
If you cancel:
2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund
1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50%
Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund
If Management cancels the ride you will receive a full refund.
If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 ($20 for 2 days) or a full membership for $30, payable to TTCC.
Directions to ride:
From Dallas: Take 195 south from Killeen, turn west on 2670. Go approx. 2 miles and turn north on North Maxdale Road. Continue on North Maxdale Road for approx. 2 ½ miles. Entrance to equestrian center on your left.
From Austin: Take 195 north to approximately 5 miles past Florence, turn west on 2670. Go approx. 2 miles and then turn north onto North Maxdale Road. Entrance to Equestrian Center will be on your Left.
