Christmas Kaper

Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride, September 1, 2020, at 6 AM.

New Location! The 7D ranch is excited to welcome us to their Facility.  They have two sides to their Ranch, and we will be on the left side- watch for our banner at gate.  Rolling hills, thick “forests”, creeks,  wildlife and exotics.  Huge building for meetings and decorating! Lee Ann will MC the Gift Exchange. Primitive Parking  only, or a Dorm that sleeps 20!  Private room for secretaries to work in and a Pool Table for relaxing between entering obstacles.   This is the first ride of the 2021 season.

General Information and Requirements:  Barefoot Friendly.  Please follow parking instructions upon arrival. We will split up the generators: all night and until 10:00pm.

Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test.  All dogs must be on a leash.  Scatter your manure where directed.

Christmas Gift Exchange: Bring a gift/get a gift. We do allow 2 steals- then done except our first draw person.  $15.00 value limit   Always fun, full of laughs, and TTCC Fellowship.

Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:

7+ days prior to ride– full refund

6-3 days prior to ride– 50%

Less than 3 days– no refund

If  Management cancels  the ride you will receive a full refund.

Additional Fees: 

If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $5 or a full membership for $20, payable to TTCC.

Ranch fee per person is $10.00 for the entire weekend, Primitive Camping per night $15.00, Dorm Room $15.00 per person, per night.

Please put dorm requests in the comments section of your registration.  Two people willing to share a double will receive priority.

We will send you a confirmation letter with monies due, and where to send it.

Coming from the South- Hwy 6/ Right on FM2/ Left on FM362N/Right CR 305 (Whitehall Cemetery Road) Pass main entrance and  watch for banner.

Coming from the North – Hwy 6 then follow TX-105 and FM 362 S to CR 305 (Whitehall Cemetery Rd) Pass main entrance and  watch for banner.
