TTCC Christmas Party/Fund Raiser

The TTCC Board of Directors is hosting a Christmas Party/Fund Raiser in lieu of a competitive ride this year. Arrival will be on Friday night as usual, check in is at 3:00 PM. Saturday there will be a ride and a Scavenger Hunt instead of a competitive ride. This event will not count toward end of year points or Iron rider. It is intended to be a fun get together and fund raiser. On Saturday night we will do our usual Christmas gift exchange shenanigans. Cost of gift $15. On Sunday you can ride on your own or head home.

General Information and Requirements:
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. Dispose of manure as instructed. Do not attach portable pens to any permanent structure on the host property.
Meals: Catered dinner on Saturday night, included in ride fee.

Your payment is required 30 days prior to the ride in order to secure your reservation. If payment is not received 30 days prior to the ride your name will be moved to the waiting list. You need to get your camp/ranch fees to Parrie Haynes 30 days in advance as well.
Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride: September 1, 2021
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.
Cancellation policy:
All payments are considered donations to the club, since this is a fundraiser.
If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact Parrie Haynes and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.

If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $5 or a full membership for $20, payable to TTCC.
Directions to ride:
From Dallas: take 195 South from Killeen, turn West on 2670. Go approx. 4 miles and then turn North on North Maxdale Road. Continue on North Maxdale Road for approx. 2 ½ miles. Entrance to Equestrian Center on your left.
From Austin: Take 195 North to approx. 5 miles past Florence, turn West on 2670. Go approx. 4 miles and then turn on North Maxdale Road. Entrance to Equestrian Center will be on your Left. Note: The 2670 turn off is 10 miles past the 487/195 intersection where D. Boones’s is located-your last chance for diesel coming from south.
