Welcome campers! Camp Reveille is a summer-camp themed ride that will
have you re-living your childhood summer camp memories TTCC style! Pack your sunscreen and swimsuit and prepare to enjoy the awesome amenities and glorious views overlooking Lake Buchanan at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, TX. Trails are a combination of barefoot-friendly mixed with rocky areas so shoes and/or boots are highly recommended. You will be assigned a team upon check in for the weekend, be prepared to come and show your team spirit! Bring your non riding spouses or significant others and they can enjoy the separate mountain bike and hiking trails, gun range, and water sports.

General Information and Requirements:

Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test for the horse you registered to ride.  All dogs must be on a leash.  No dogs in the signup room or in eating area during meal times.  Pick up your trash.  Do not attach your horse pen to any permanent structure on the property such as fences.  There will be designated areas for generator and non-generator use.

Camping is entirely primitive at this time. The camping sites are a mix of open spaces and shady areas. Bring water for yourself and your horse(s) although there may be water available at the camp site area as we get
closer to the date – we will update you. There is a bathhouse about ¼ mile from the camping site with toilets and showers.

Meals:  There will be a Kebab Party on Saturday for dinner. Everyone is responsible for bringing their protein for their Kebab, then there will be a sign up through Sign-Up Genius for something to share, that link is listed below! There will be two grills available, one for meat and one for veggies.

Ranch Fee: $10/night for camping, $20/day for riding for adults. (Example: camping Friday and Saturday nights, and riding Saturday and Sunday equals a total of $60 for the weekend.)   Youth Riders get a 50% discount on these fees. 

Ride Fees:

Youth Riders have their ride cost covered. They are responsible for the $7 TTCC fee and their ranch fees. (Example: Riding both days & Camping both days equals $37 for a youth rider.)

Buddy Riders may no longer register online. You can register by contacting the Ride Secretary via email and request to be put on the Buddy list.  All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days out will be released. We will then take Buddy Riders in order from the waitlist.  You will hear directly from the Ride Secretary with a confirmation letter. If you want a guaranteed spot, please register as Scout and get a scorecard!

Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride (03/01/2024).

Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual.  This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days prior to the ride will be removed from the registration list and put on the waiting list.

Cancellation policy:

2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy (From the rule book)

If you cancel:

2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund 

1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50% 

Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund

If Management cancels the ride, you will receive a full refund. 

If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”.  Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.

Additional Fees: 

If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 per day, or an annual membership for $30 for single person, or $40 for family.  Checks need to be made payable to TTCC.

Directions to ride:

Coming from Houston: Take 290 towards Austin, then take 183 North towards Lampasas.  Get off on 29 and go towards Burnet. Follow 29 for about 24.3 miles through Liberty Hill, Bertram and past Burnet. Turn right at FM 2345(look for the bait store on your left) at the flashing lights, follow this road for approximately 4.5 miles, turn left(sharp) onto CR 114, pass the entrance to RPR and follow signs. You will turn left again on CR 115 and go under two HIGH bridges.  Entrance is on left.

Coming from Dallas: From I-35 take the Burnet, TX-29 exit towards Burnet TX. Stay on TX-29 for 44.2 miles.
