The Annual Fundraiser Ride will be hosted October 10th, 2026 at Parrie Haynes Ranch

General Information and Requirements: 

The ride will cover approximately 6 miles of trail and will include 5 FUN obstacles!  So ride your best horse, wear comfy clothes, and have a thick skin because you will be performing the obstacles for 5 surprise judges! The ride should conclude close to Noon!

This event is all for FUN! This will NOT impact your year end scores, eligibility for Iron Rider or any other Year End Awards. With that being said, let loose and have fun! No pressure, just enjoy your horse, fellow riders, and a great event!

After the ride, there were will be a light hearted ride meeting where the judges will give their feed back. This will be a great time to eat your food and hang out with friends.

We will gather at a group of trailers for all pre and post ride events as we are not going to rent the club house.

Everyone must show proof of a negative Coggins test at the day’s registration.  All dogs must be on a leash.  No dogs in the signup room or in the eating area. No dogs on trail.  Pick up your trash.  Do not attach your horse pen to any permanent structure on the property such as fences.

Go online to the Parrie Haynes Equestrian Center website to make camping reservations. There will be a $10 Ranch fee due at entry to Parrie Haynes, we will not collect this money.

All junior riders (age 8-18) must wear a helmet at all times while horseback, regardless if on trail or in camp. 

Ride Fees:  The Fundraiser is $50 per rider. This is non-refundable, as this is a fundraiser.

Additional Fees: 

If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 per day, or an annual membership for $30 for single person, or $40 for family.  Checks need to be made payable to TTCC.

Lunch: There will not be an organized meal for this event, so please bring your own refreshments and food.
