This will be our 5th Celebration for Texas Trail Challenge Club. The Year End Awards will be announced without the recipients knowing ahead of time.  You will know when they know!!

Jacob Swindle will be cooking. $15 a plate. (We have a private benefactor who is paying for the children’s meals). Check out this menu!!!

It wouldn’t be a party if you aren’t there to enjoy it.  

As 2018 winds down and the Christmas holiday season is in full swing, we hope you make time to register for CELEBRATION. Currently we have 66 people signed up and we have room for YOU!  

Bring your horse or just yourself!  You can ride on Friday & Saturday and Celebration starts at 5;30 and dinner served at 6:00. It’s a BYOB affair.

TTCC website will allow you to register for Celebration.  Our deadline for reservations is January 11th with payments due by the 14th. Please mail your check to Leach Lynch, 7448 E. Hwy 190, Lampasas, TX  76550. Funds are needed for food purchases.

The End of Year awards are being calculated and double checked for accuracy.  It will be a special time for all club members to socialize, applaud riders for their success, share dinner and swap stories of the 2018 ride season.  We hope everyone attends regardless of who is awarded End of Years placings.  

A major focus of TTCC is transparency with financial matters and club direction.  This being said, we will have a binder available for everyone to compare the 2017 and 2018 financial statements.  As President, I have been committed to allocating TTCC funds wisely and appropriately throughout my term. Brenda Hicks has been doing an excellent job maintaining our financial records and reports.  We will have this binder available for all members twice a year for your viewing. I encourage you to look over the financial binder to get a complete view of the expenditures for 2018.

Teresa Corgill is in charge of awards and prizes for this year’s Celebration.  Annette Thurlow is handling the End of Year Award Ribbons! Leah Lynch is your “go-to person” for lodging, meals and registration confirmation for Celebration (not an easy task). Jean Wilson and Jean Moreau have created the table decorations. Tracee Casarez will have a silent auction going on during the meal and raffle tickets will be sold as well.  It takes many hands!!

TTCC goal is to put our monies back into the club as awards, insurance fees are being held for 2019 expenses and various other items.  

We are excited about spending time with our ride buddies, families, friends and celebrating the success of our club members.
