Come experience the Texas Hill Country at its finest.  Come for a fun TTC weekend with a Hollywood movie theme at Lazy Hills Retreat with hills & lots of water on a beautiful private ranch.  Most of the terrain is good ground but we recommend shoes or boots for some of the hilltops.  There are 32 hookups available and once this area is full, generator or non-generator parking will be available in another area.  There is no primitive camping (tents) allowed.  Lodging is available through Lazy Hills which includes a free complimentary breakfast.  Stalls and runs are available through Lazy Hills.  Please verify the size stall you are getting because they vary in size & some are small.  Electric pens or portable pens are allowed but cannot be attached to your trailer.  No high ties are allowed.  Pets are allowed in trailer area but need to be on a leash.  Lazy Hills has many amenities available that are family friendly-fishing-catch & release, kayaks, paddle boats, horse shoes, pool table, ping pong, putt putt golf, zip line, & pool.

General Information and Requirements: Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test.  All dogs must be on a leash.  Scatter your manure.

Check-in with Lazy Hills starts at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 9 and check-out should be no later than Sunday, March 11.  TTCC check-in will start at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9.  Ride meetings will be 7:00 p.m. on Friday night & Saturday night in Dining Room.  Check-in Saturday and Sunday morning will be between 7:30-8:00 a.m.

Meals:  On Saturday night we will have a potluck dinner with King Ranch chicken as the main entrée.  Please bring sides & desserts to accompany the meal.  Please bring a plate & silverware.  Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m.

Your prepayment 30 days prior to the ride will secure your reservation and result in the $10 discount.

In the case of a full ride, a waiting list will be started and as cancellations open up slots, riders will be added on a 1st come 1st serve basis.  Contact the ride manager at least 7 days prior to the ride for a refund of your entry fee.

Cancellation policy:

2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:

 7+ days prior to ride– full refund

 6-3 days prior to ride– 50%

 Less than 3 days– no refund

If  Management cancels  the ride you will receive a full refund.

Additional Fees:

Ranch fees:       $15.00 for 1 day;              $30.00 for weekend

Hookups-electric & water-$25/day-Please pull in to space rather than backing in per request of Lazy Hills.

Overflow Parking-Generator & Non-generator fees-$10/day

If not a member of TTCC, you must purchase a daily membership at $5 per day or an annual membership for $20 made payable to TTCC.

Each rider needs to have their own login on the TTCC website to register for rides.  This means that each rider needs their own email address.  Husbands, children, and grandchildren cannot register more than one person per email address or login.
