Sept 13- Trail Challenge Sept 14 Fundraiser BBQ Picnic
This is a one day Ride on the West Side of Parrie Haynes Ranch, Killeen, Texas.
We are part of the Buckle Series. One of the 6 out of 7 Fall Series Rides can be the Pony Pilot Pool Party and Picnic Ride
Parrie Haynes is just south of Killeen on 195, and has versatile trails, from extremely rocky, to soft double track open areas. Saturday’s trail will be approximately 8 miles. Shoes are highly recommended.
Check in will begin Friday afternoon at 3 PM, and again Saturday morning from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Saturday arrivals please plan to be there no later than 7:30 AM. Ride briefing will be held Friday 8:00 PM.
FEES ~
Rider:
- Rider $57 (one day) & $82 (two day, including fundraiser picnic)
- Jr Rider $47 (one day) & $72 (two day, including fundraiser picnic )
- Buddy $32 (one day) & $57 (two day, including fundraiser picnic)
Online registration, no deposit required, but to reserve one of the electrical sites, fees and camping must be paid in full.
Camping & Ranch Fees: Electrical $22.00 per night, Primitive is 5.00
Weekend Ranch fee is $15.00, and includes use of pool.
Air-conditioned rooms in Bunkhouse, $15.00 per person.
Full Payment for ride/electrical must be received by Nancy Williams before an electrical site can be reserved.

CAMPING ~
Camping is spectacular. 25 sites, and a huge field for primitive camping. High lining between trees in Old Archery Range only.
MEALS ~
All meals on your own, except a DESSERT Potluck/Pool Party on Saturday night. Please no glass in pool area.
RIDE AWARDS ~
A ride debriefing with the judges will be held Saturday approximately one hour after the last rider is in camp where the Judges will discuss each obstacle and what they were looking for. This will be followed by the ride awards. Riders will receive ride awards for 1st to 6th places in each division. TTC Full Members are eligible for points.
Directions~
From 195 turn West onto 2670/Maxdale Road. 3.8 miles later, turn right onto North Maxdale Road (Watch for a house on Stilts on left as a marker). Less than a 1/4 mile up North Maxdale, turn left on to Gann Branch Road. You will be leaving the asphalt road, and turning onto a road base road. Drive two miles down Gann Branch, you will cross a concrete bridge over a creek, a cattle guard, just past rock house on right, there is a fork in the road, stay to the right. You will arrive at a gate (will be open). Road turns back into asphalt, stay on main road, follow signs to Camp. We will meet you there!
Sept 14 This is a Fundraiser, All Proceeds to Benefit Year End Prizes ~~Donation- $25.00 per rider; everyone welcome!
Trail ride leaves Camp at 9:00 am, headed to Ivy Mountain! Photo op at the top! Continue to Fullers for a Hamburger BBQ provided by TTC.

All TTC’s are “rain or shine” and would only be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather.
