COLD RIVER RENDEZVOUS     April 18 & 19, 2015

Come ride the private, Six-0 Ranch, with multiple terrain changes, abundant wildlife, and breath taking vistas.

General Information:   Saturday’s trail is 9.5 miles in duration with 10 obstacles along the way.  Sunday’s trail is the same with 10 obstacles as well.  The ranch consists of varied terrain from open fields with soft easy footing, rocky hills and shaded wooded trails.  Shoes or boots are recommended.  There are watering opportunities on the ranch by way of tanks, creeks and water troughs.  A large lake, at least 50 acres in size, is also located on the southwest side.  Wildlife is abundant!

General Requirements:  Must show proof of negative Coggins.  All dogs must be on a leash.

 Meals:   Potluck main dish Mexican food provided by ride manager Saturday night.

Schedule:  Check in Friday:  2pm to 7pm.  Saturday & Sunday: 7am to 8am.  Ride out: 8:30am both days.

Directions to ride:  From 35W south of Fort Worth, take 67 west past Cleburne towards Glen Rose and turn south (left) on Park Road 21. Go  approximately 7 miles, pass the State Park and Lime Co on the right, and take the first right onto FM 200.  Six O Ranch will be on your right, there will be a sign and white pipe gate entrance. Large rigs should swing wide to come in the gate.  Six-O is approximately 3 miles from Park Road 21.  Slow down after about 2.8 miles so you don’t go past the gate.

Additional Fees:   $10 Primitive camping per day, NO ELECTRIC AVAILABLE.  Water trough in camp for horses.  Hose available to top off your rig but please fill at home before you go.  NO STALLS OR PENS are available.

Membership fee if not already a member: $5 for day or $20 for the  year. Everyone must be member to ride in a TTCC.

TOTAL FEES: DIvision fee + membership fee (if not already a member) + ranch fee + camping fee

Registration:  Online until midnight, April 16, or at the ranch the day of the ride.  Payment of fees at the ride by cash or check.  We do not take credit cards.
