Registration opens 90 days prior to event, October 1, 2019.

This is our annual Member Appreciation Celebration and Awards Dinner.  Everyone is welcome; Members/non-members, families, children.  You can bring your horse and ride or you can just party.  There will be dinner and dancing.  Gate opens at noon on Friday. Official Festivities begin at 4:00 on Saturday with a meet and greet of our new Board of Directors and members. We will be giving the Thank You awards before Dinner- Judges, Secretaries and Assistants, Ride Managers and Volunteers. Then Dinner and Rider Awards. We have our Favorite Square Dance Caller back, and he will begin at 8 and “Call” til we are done – usually 10:00 cause we are all horse people~.  Dinner Menu to be announced. Just sign up, and we will get back to everyone with details.  Working on a wonderful Surprise.

 Ride Secretary:           Leah Lynch handles the reservations for lodging and meals.

 General Information and Requirements:

Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test.  All dogs must be on a leash.  Dispose of  manure as instructed.

Meals:  Leah will have this info in your confirmation email.  Kids under 10 years of age will eat free.

Ride Fees:  $10.00 for the weekend if you bring a horse.

Lodging- Bunkhouse: $17.50 per person per night.

                 Electric:       $25.00 per night

                 Primitive:    $5.00 per night

                Mt. Laural: $50 per person

                Lonestar:    $50 per person

Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual.  This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

Cancellation policy:

2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:

 7+ days prior to ride– full refund

6-3 days prior to ride– 50%

Less than 3 days– no refund

If  Management cancels  the ride you will receive a full refund.

 Additional Fees:  N/A – ALL WELCOME

 *Directions to ride: 

Use any  mapping program to 195/2670. Turn West on 2670 and drive 3.8 miles to North Maxdale Road, turn Right. (watch for house on stilts on left, it is just after that). After turning Right, drive about ¼ mile and turn left onto Gann Branch Road. This is a road base road. 2 miles to the Parrie Haynes Ranch gate.  Come on in, road turns to asphalt. Speed limit is 15 mph and event area is about ¾ mile up the road (stay left at first fork)
