Christmas Ride and Fundraiser at Parrie Haynes Ranch
Dates: December 13, 2025 Ride Saturday only, Sunday on your own
Ride Managers: Board of Directors
Ride Secretary: Nancy Fenimore
This year, our theme is A Family Christmas! The ride will be conducted in a team format.
Friday evening: we will have crafts set up to do, as well as we would like to offer a winter market for our members to sell their products.
Saturday: We will do a trail ride. We will ride in groups of 4-5 riders. You will complete the “obstacles” or tasks as a team, so gather up your friends and family and get your teams together!! If you don’t have a team or a group to ride with, we will find a group of great people to share the holiday with! After everyone has a chance to go around the course, and come back into camp, we will have an evening meal consisting of roast beef and mashed potatoes. We will have a “Most Festive” award for whomever comes to dinner the most festive, so have fun and be creative! After dinner we will have a gift exchange! We will have a $25 limit on the gifts for the exchange.
This is our annual fundraiser. This does not count towards your Iron Rider. Sunday riders on their own. Even if you can’t make it for the weekend, you can donate to support the club.
Saturday morning Trail Ride: $75/rider (meal is extra) – Remember, this is a donation to the Club to help with year round expenses. We appreciate every entry/donation. We can’t do this without you!
Meal: $20/Plate. Roast beef and mashed potatoes! There will also be desserts, so bring your appetite! Please bring your family/friends! Afterall, it is a Family Christmas!
