The Flagship ride of TTCC- this will be our 16th year! PHR offers every kind of terrain, and we use all if it. Boots or shoes highly recommended. Prepare for any kind of weather. It has been anywhere from 32-80 degrees, but we RIDE.
All electric site reservations are made directly with the Parrie Haynes Ranch Equestrian Center via their website or by contacting Ona Trubee at [email protected]. Please see website for camping and ranch fees. Sites fill up fast, so call today!
General Information and Requirements:
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. No dogs in the pavilion during meal times. Wheelbarrows will be provided for your use to pick up manure. Pick up your trash. Do not attach your horse pen to any permanent structure on the property, such as fences. There will be designated areas for generator and non-generator use.
Meals: Our “Oh so fun Cook-Off”. For 2023, the theme is all about Baked Potatoes! Russet, Sweet, Red, Golden? Baked potato trimmings will be the judged element. Put together your teams! Add in comment section of registration if possible. The rest of us will bring sides.

New for 2023 – Buddy Riders may no longer register online. You can register by contacting the Ride Manager, Kate Love Hollar, via email and request to be put on the Buddy list. All registered riders not paid in full by 30 days out will be released. We will then take Buddy Riders in order from the waitlist. You will hear directly from the Ride Secretary with a confirmation letter. If you want a guaranteed spot, please register as Scout and get a scorecard!
Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride (11/01/22).
In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride manager, Kate Love Hollar, directly.
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

Your payment received 30 days prior to the ride secures your reservation. If your payment is not received 30 days prior to the ride (01/11/23), your name will be moved to the waiting list.
Cancellation policy:
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy (From the rule book)
If you cancel:
2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund
1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50%
Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund
If Management cancels the ride, you will receive a full refund.
If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
Additional Fees:
If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 ($20 for 2 days) or a full membership for $30, payable to TTCC.
Directions to ride:
From Dallas: Take 195 south from Killeen, turn west on 2670. Go approx. 2 miles and turn north on North Maxdale Road. Continue on North Maxdale Road for approx. 2 ½ miles. Entrance to Equestrian Center is on your left.
From Austin: Take 195 north to approx. 5 miles past Florence, turn west on 2670. Go approximately 2 miles and turn north onto North Maxdale Road. Entrance to Equestrian Center will be on your Left.
Attending:
