You have the option to register for the clinic or the ride or the fundraiser or all three. Check in for the clinic will be on Thursday afternoon at 3:00 PM and Friday morning at 7:00AM
Details of the clinic:
The clinic will take place on Friday morning. Specific times will be in your confirmation email. Private lessons will be offered on Thursday afternoon and again Friday afternoon. Contact Nancy Fenimore directly to sign up for the private lessons email@example.com Meals are on your own.
Clinic Private Lesson
Details of the Pony Pilot Ride and Fundraiser Picnic:
Come and ride the Westside of Parrie Haynes Ranch. Technical terrain and gentle meadows. This is a one day ride competition and one day fundraiser picnic (proceeds of the picnic to benefit TTCC). The pool will be open all weekend. Big party at the pool on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday we will ride in the morning and meet our non-riding friends and family at Fuller’s Waterfall for the picnic. Food will be provided.
Saturday –TTCC One Day Competition. NO POTLUCK on Saturday evening. Instead, BYOB and an hors d’oeuvres to share at the pool party after the ride. Details in the confirmation email.
Sunday- Fundraiser Picnic – Riders take a 2 hour trail ride and end up at Fuller’s Watering Hole for Jacob Swindle’s famous brisket, beans, brownies, potato salad, etc. Non Riders can catch a ride in the trucks. All welcome. Check in for Pony Pilot Ride and Fundraiser Picnic will be Friday afternoon at 3:00 PM and Saturday morning at 7:00 AM.
Sunday Fundraiser Picnic: $25 per person
Ranch fee $10/Weekend
Electric Hookup $25/night
Primitive camping $5/night

If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $5 or a full membership for $20, payable to TTCC in a separate check.
General Information and Requirements:
There are 25 electrical spots ($25 per night), and unlimited bunks ($17.50 per night) and primitive camping ($5 per night) for riders and management. NO ELECTRICAL/LODGING ASSIGINMENTS MADE UNTIL MONEY RECEIVED. 3 NIGHT RESERVATIONS GIVEN PRIORITY.

Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.
- In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride manager directly.
- Your payment 30 days prior to the date of the ride will confirm your reservation. If your payment has not been received 30 days prior to the ride, your slot will be opened for another rider and your name will be added to the wait list. Other payment arrangements can be made by contacting the Ride Manager directly.
- Please use the comment section to state your preference for lodging.
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. Dispose of manure as instructed.
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
7+ days prior to ride– full refund
6-3 days prior to ride– 50%
Less than 3 days– no refund
If Management cancels the ride you will receive a full refund.
If you have to cancel, scroll down and click: “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the ranch host to cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
Directions to ride:
You can use any map or mapping system to get to Highway 195 in Killeen. Then: From 195 turn West onto 2670 Maxdale Road. 3.8 miles later, turn right onto North Maxdale Road. Less than a ¼ mile up North Maxdale, turn left onto Gann Branch Road. You will be leaving the asphalt road, and turning onto a road base road. Drive two miles down Gann Branch, you will cross a concrete bridge over a creek, a cattle guard, just past rock house on right, there is a fork in the road, stay to the right. After you enter the Ranch, then stay on main road to Left, past Kate’s house and up to Hilltop.
