Special entertainment for Saturday evening. The Canyon Rim Players will be performing the “Frontier Mortician”.  We appreciate their desire to perform strictly for your pleasure (no money involved). This is their first opportunity to perform for a live audience. Please no flashes during performance, they are easily distracted.

Our wonderful Support Crew will be there to make sure the directions are clear and obstacles are in good shape. Truly this is a group event! If you would like to volunteer, please let us know. We VALUE volunteers!

Breakfasts and Saturday supper will be catered.  Please note in comments if you want meals.
Breakfast – $7 @ Dinner – $12.00
Coffee will be available in the cook shack by 6:30 am.
Breakfast tacos for one morning. Gravy & biscuits with eggs the following morning.
Dinner will be Chicken fajitas.

Friday night  we will have a salad & sandwich potluck.  We would like to socialize –  appropriately- as the evening is cooler.  Please bring you meal even if you aren’t part of the potluck.  We are suggesting salads and sandwiches, as they are easy and refreshing.  We would like to use all leftovers for Saturday lunch.  Cold cuts, bread,  cheese and various sandwich fixings are suggested.
Everyone is invited to enjoy leftovers in the cook shack on Saturday where it is breezy and cooler.  Plus we can enjoy more appropriate socializing with lunch.

Electric sites are limited – a waiting list is started. Primitive camping is free. Generators are allowed. Keep in mind, all dogs must be on a lead. Shoes /equine boots are highly recommended. Proof of negative Coggins required and will be checked at registration check-in.

Remember the trail is only 7 miles, with an early ride out, so we will be back in camp fairly early.   We know riding in August is not the norm but Kris & Teresa have created a shady trail will ALL NATURAL obstacles.
