Everyone must show proof of current negative Coggins test. Dispose of manure as instructed. Camping is all primitive. There are limited pens available for $5 a night on a first come basis.
Meals: Catered Italian Saturday night, $12.00. Coffee and donuts available Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Cancellation policy:2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy (From the rule book)
If you cancel:
2 weeks (14+ days) prior to ride– full refund
1 week (7 days) prior to ride– 50%
Less than 1 week (7 days)– no refund
If Management cancels the ride you will receive a full refund.
Your payment is required 30 days prior to the ride in order to secure your reservation. If payment is not received 30 days prior to the ride your name will be moved to the waiting list. In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waiting list by contacting the ride manager directly,

Ranch Fees: Overnight fees: $15; Day Use fee: $12; Total of fees is $54 for the weekend. If you ride on Friday when you arrive, there will be an additional $12 day use fee.
If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a daily membership at $10 or a full membership for $30, payable to TTCC.

Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.
If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the Ride Manager and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
Directions to the ride:
From the South: Go north on US Hwy 69 from Jacksonville. Go 12 miles to a left onto CR 3701. Turn right onto Tarrant Short Rd. Look for TTCC signs.
From the West: Take I-20 west to Toll Loop 49 exit at Lindale, towards Tyler. Exit US Hwy 69 South towards Bullard. Turn right on CR 3701, then right onto Tarrant Short Rd. Look for the TTCC signs.
