Come experience the Texas Hill Country at its finest. Come for a fun TTC weekend with a Hollywood movie theme at Lazy Hills Retreat with hills & lots of water on a beautiful private ranch. Most of the terrain is good ground but we recommend shoes or boots for some of the hilltops. There are 32 hookups available and once this area is full, generator or non-generator parking will be available in another area. There is no primitive camping (tents) allowed. Lodging is available through Lazy Hills which includes a free complimentary breakfast. Stalls and runs are available through Lazy Hills. Please verify the size stall you are getting because they vary in size & some are small. Electric pens or portable pens are allowed but cannot be attached to your trailer. No high ties are allowed. Pets are allowed in trailer area but need to be on a leash. Lazy Hills has many amenities available that are family friendly-fishing-catch & release, kayaks, paddle boats, horse shoes, pool table, ping pong, putt putt golf, zip line, hot tub & pool.

General Information and Requirements: Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. Scatter your manure.
RIDE UPDATE-Due to cancellation of costume contest at Trick or Treat Trot ride, we are having a Hollywood costume contest which includes both the rider and horse. Get those costumes out! Looking forward to the fun!
Check-in with Lazy Hills starts at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 8 and check-out should be no later than Sunday, March 10. TTCC check-in will start at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 8. Ride meetings will be 7:00 p.m. on Friday night & Saturday night in Dining Room. Check-in Saturday and Sunday morning will be between 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Meals: On Saturday night we will have a potluck dinner. Ride management will provide elk spaghetti with Italian sausage and garlic bread. Please bring sides or dessert. Please bring your own plate and silverware as well as a beverage of your choice.”

Your prepayment must be received 30 days prior to the ride in order to retain your reservation. If prepayment is not received 30 days prior to the ride, your reservation will be cancelled and released to those on the waiting list.

In the case of a full ride, a waiting list will be started and as cancellations open up slots, riders will be added on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Contact Shelley Hilton to be added to the waiting list at [email protected]. Contact the ride manager at least 7 days prior to the ride for a refund of your entry fee.

If you prefer to use Paypal, please send your payment to [email protected] and pay as family & friends. Additional fees such as electric/water hookups, lodging, camping, & stalls should be paid to Lazy Hills.
Cancellation policy:
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
7+ days prior to ride– full refund
6-3 days prior to ride– 50%
Less than 3 days– no refund
If Management cancels the ride you will receive a full refund.
Ranch Fees:
Ranch fees: $15.00 for 1 day; $30.00 for weekend. Ranch fees are due only from riders.
Additional Fees:
Hookups-electric & water-$25/day-Please pull in to space rather than backing in per request of Lazy Hills.
Overflow Parking-Generator & Non-generator fees-$10/day

If not a member of TTCC, you must purchase a daily membership at $5 per day or an annual membership for $20 made payable to TTCC.

Directions to Lazy Hills-Lazy Hills Retreat & Conference Center at 375 Henderson Branch Rd Ingram, TX—-is easily located 8 miles west of Kerrville, TX —2 miles beyond Ingram, TX off of Hwy 27. Turn right on Henderson Branch Rd. Kerrville, TX is 60 miles northwest of San Antonio, on Interstate HWY 10.
From San Antonio take Interstate 10 West, approximately 60 miles, exit 505 at the Harper exit from I-10. Go right on Harper Rd, 2 miles, into Kerrville. Turn right on HWY 27 or Junction Hwy as it is called at this point. Go 6 miles west to the little town of Ingram. At the 3rd traffic light, HWY 27 and HWY 39 form a Y. Take HWY 27 to the right toward Mountain Home and go 2 miles to Henderson Branch Rd. You will turn right at the red and yellow LAZY HILLS sign. Follow the road 1-½ miles to the very end and you will see the LAZY HILLS rock entrance. Check in at the office to the right of the entrance.
From Austin take HWY 290 to Johnson City and Fredericksburg. In Fredericksburg turn left on HWY 16 and continue 24 miles to Kerrville. In the center of Kerrville Hwy 16 (Sidney Baker) and Hwy 27 (Junction Hwy) intersect. Turn right on Hwy 27 (Junction Hwy) and follow the directions above to Ingram and then Lazy Hills. Or you can take Interstate 10, west, and follow the directions above.
