TTCC Rider Clinic   

Location: Parrie Haynes Ranch,  201 Gann Branch Rd,  Killeen, TX  76549

For the past several years Mother Nature has dumped rain on the TTCC clinic.  Well, this year in an attempt to outsmart her we have scheduled the clinic to February. 

In small groups clinic participants will work with certified TTCC judges to develop horsemanship skills related to executing trail obstacles.

General Information and Requirements:

Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test.  All dogs must be on a leash.  Dispose of manure as instructed.  Shoes or boots recommended.

Meals:  On your own.

Ride Fees:  $40 per rider.  This clinic is open to full members only.  You may join to participate.

Lodging:

Electrical $25/night

Bunkhouse $17.50/night

Primitive $5/night

Registration opens on the first of the month 90 days prior to ride.  Nov. 1, 2018

Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your log in, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual.  This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.

In the case of a full ride, you can be added to the waitlist by contacting the ride manager directly.

Cancellation policy:

2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:

 7+ days prior to ride– full refund

 6-3 days prior to ride– 50%

 Less than 3 days– no refund

If  Management cancels  the ride you will receive a full refund.

 If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”.  Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.

 Additional Fees: 

If not a member of TTCC you must purchase a full membership for $20, payable to TTCC in a separate check.

*Directions to ride:

Take any mapping program to 195/2670. Turn West on 2670 and drive 3.8 miles to North Maxdale Road, turn Right. (watch for house on stilts on left, it is just after that). After turning Right on Maxdale, drive about ¼ mile and turn left onto Gann Branch Road. This is a road base road. Drive 2 miles to the Parrie Haynes Ranch gate.  Come on in, road turns to asphalt. Speed limit is 15mph and event area is about ¾ mile up the road (stay left at first fork).
