2018 Fundraiser Picnic and Pool Party    

West side Parrie Haynes Ranch        September 8 & 9, 2018

Come ride, swim, and just have fun at the 2018 FUNDRAISER AND PICNIC!.  Riders take off around 9 AM for a lovely trail ride, while camp folks hitch a ride to meet for a delicious Brisket BBQ lunch.  All proceeds go to the year end prize committee. This is great fun for everyone and one of the two things we do together as a club that is family inclusive, and non competitive.  $25.00 per person.

Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test.  All dogs must be on a leash, Good Neighbor Dog Policy enforced .  Dispose of manure – scatter.

Meals:  Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails at pool Saturday night. Bring your own drinks and a snack to share.  Picnic on Sunday $25.00

You can use any map or mapping system to get to 195.

Then-

From 195 turn West onto 2670/Maxdale Road. 3.8 miles later, turn right onto

North Maxdale Road (Watch for a house on *Stilts* on left as a marker).

Less than a 1/4 mile up North Maxdale, turn left on to Gann Branch Road.
You will be leaving the asphalt road, and turning onto a road base road.  Drive two miles down Gann Branch, you will cross a concrete bridge over a creek, a cattle guard, just past rock house on right, there is a fork in the road, stay to the right.

After you enter the Ranch, the stay on main road to Left, pass The Black House, another ½ mile to Hilltop Camping Area. There will be someone there to guide you to parking.

If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”.  Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.

Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual.  This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.
