Peach Hill Promenade
Location: High Gate Ranch – Dripping Springs, TX

This is guaranteed to be a spectacular ride with spring wildflowers blooming and wildlife abounding. The trails will be exciting and the obstacles fun and challenging. We have a fantastic team this year so register early and come on out and ride!

General Information and Requirements: Primitive camping in wide pasture with some shade trees, divided for generators and non-generators. No stalls for horses so plan accordingly. Horse water is available in water troughs positioned in camp area. No water tank filling, please bring your tanks full. No horse washing available. Bring your own people water. Two porta-potties will be available in camp area. No open fires, gas grills ok. No smoking anywhere on the ranch. Front gate will open at NOON on Friday April 6th. Trails will not be accessible until the ride begins Saturday morning.
Everyone must show proof of negative Coggins test. All dogs must be on a leash. Shoes are highly recommended. Note that everyone must depart the ranch on Sunday after the Awards Ceremony. If you need information on overnight facilities for Sunday night please contact the Ride Manager.
Meals: Potluck Saturday night, management will provide main course. All other meals are on your own. *check Facebook page for updates on meal plan.*

Your prepayment 30 days prior to the ride will secure your reservation and result in the $10 discount.
In the case of a full ride, a waiting list will be started and as cancellations open up slots, riders will be added on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Contact the ride manager at least 7 days prior to the ride for a refund of your entry fee.
If not a member of TTCC, must purchase a daily membership at $5 per day or an annual membership for $20.
Cancellation policy:
2.5 — Ride-Fee Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
7+ days prior to ride– full refund
6-3 days prior to ride– 50%
Less than 3 days– no refund
If Management cancels the ride you will receive a full refund.
Additional Fees: $15.00 per day per rider Ranch Fee (example: $15 if riding one day, $30 if riding both days).
Directions to ride: From North or South: Take I-35 to 290 West to Dripping Springs. Turn left on RR 12 South. Or take US 281 South to 290 East to Dripping Springs. Turn right on RR12 South. From Dripping Springs: Take RR 12 South, go 5 miles to Gatlin Creek Road (CR 191) on your right/West. Follow Gatlin Creek Road (CR 191) West to the end (~2.9 miles) where you will come to a STOP sign. Directly in front of you is the entrance gate to the ranch. Continue through main entrance gate down well maintained gravel road for 2/10th mile to another gate that will be open. At 3-way intersection take the 2nd gravel road (one farthest from you) to the right and go 2/10th mile. We will have signs showing where to park.

If you have to cancel, scroll down and click, “cancel my reservation”. Make certain you contact the ranch host and cancel any reservations you made directly with them for lodging arrangements.
Each person registering for a ride must have a separate login and password. You cannot register your relative on your login, you must create a separate login with a separate email address and register them separately. The comment section cannot be used for registering another individual. This is necessary to maintain an accurate count of riders registered for a ride.
